Organizer

The 3.PARADIS XMAS Lottery is organized by 3.PARADIS PARIS, company registered under SIREN 981 177 017 at the Registry of Commerce and Enterprise (RCS) in Paris, France, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

Game Concept

As part of the 3.PARADIS XMAS Lottery, one (1) order placed each day during the promotional period will be randomly selected and its owner will win a gift.

Each valid order automatically counts as one entry in the daily draw.

Eligibility

Participation is automatic and requires no additional registration.
Eligible participants are:

• Any individual

• Who places an order on 3paradis.com

• During the promotional period

• With an order that is paid, confirmed, and not cancelled

The following are not eligible:

• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders

• Employees of the Organizer and their relatives

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 10th to 24th of December, inclusive.

A draw will take place each day, among all valid orders placed between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. of the previous day.

Winner Selection

Each day, one order is randomly selected.

The winner is the customer associated with the selected order.

Winners will be notified by email within the next day following the draw.

Each day, the selected winner will receive one gift, which may include:

The nature of the prize may vary from day to day.

Gifrs are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be:

• Either automatically added to the winning order, or

• Shipped separately, at no additional cost to the winner.

No extra fees may be charged to the winner.

Liability

The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of:

• Technical issues affecting the website

• Errors beyond its control

• Force majeure

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary.

Personal data collected as part of the ordering process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purpose of Data Processing

Data is collected solely for:

• Order management

• Winner selection

• Prize delivery

Participants’ Rights

In accordance with GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of their personal data.

Acceptance of the Rules

Placing an order during the promotion period implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Governing Law

These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
