SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SECURITY:

For security purposes, 3.PARADIS on-line purchases may require an Identity Check and Validation of your order.


SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped, from one of two (2) locations:

- MONTREAL warehouse located in Quebec, Canada.
Shipping within two (2) business days after receipt of payment.

- FRANCE warehouse located in Paris, France.
Shipping within two (2) business days after receipt of payment.

Please be aware of the shipping location as duties and taxes will vary depending on the origin warehouse of the product being ordered and your respective delivery location. 

Purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs associated with delivery of the products purchased on 3.PARADIS.com as specified within the order confirmation.

Unfortunately, 3.PARADIS INC. is not responsible for any/all duties and/or custom fees charged on international orders.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

PROCESSING:

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
While 3.PARADIS strives to offer the highest quality service and packaging, there are some situations that are beyond our control.
3.PARADIS is not responsible for unanticipated delays.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

3.PARADIS is pleased to offer worldwide shipping options.

Unfortunately, 3.PARADIS INC. is not responsible for any/all duties and/or custom fees charged on international orders.

 

TRACKING:

A shipping confirmation is emailed to the purchaser as soon as the purchase has been shipped. 3.PARADIS will provide tracking numbers within the shipment notification email when the order has left 3.PARADIS' distribution center.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email within 24-48hrs at: info@3paradis.com.
3.PARADIS will make every effort to accommodate the request, however once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.



RETURNS:

3.PARADIS does not offer returns at this time.
